Parkway Intermediate School Improvement Plan
The Ephrata School District and its schools are using the school improvement process to increase student achievement. Each school has a leadership team that analyzes data, sets goals and implements a plan that reflects the needs of their students.
2023-2024 Parkway Intermediate School Improvement Plan
Our 2023 - 2024 school improvement plan is based on a staff needs assessment that was presented to staff at the end of 2022 - 2023. The needs assessment focused on areas of celebration, growth and next steps. This also includes plans based on family input from survey cards presented to families at family events. Finally, the plan has been developed to address academic needs based on data collection from the previous year and the Fall 2023 year screener data.
